1 Read the Home Page |
2 See the Wellness Practitioner Introduction Page |
4 Print out the Practitioner Listing Form |
5 Review the Practitioner Directory for ideas on what to include in your listing |
7 Call the Healing Sanctuary Telephone Line to confirm that you have sent in your Practitioner Directory Listing Form, and leave your return contact number should we need you to resend your Listing Form |
8 Receive a telephone call from Healing Sanctuary to confirm that your Listing Form was received |
9 Review your listing to ensure listing accuracy once the Listing is posted to the web |
10 Send us an email if listing changes / corrections are required |
11 Renew your listing before it expires |
12 Consider becoming a Healing Sanctuary Member |
13 Consider becoming a Healing Sanctuary Volunteer |
14 Consider Applying to be featured at a Healing Sanctuary Event |

Practitioners please follow these steps to apply to be featured at a Healing Sanctuary Event |
1 Read the Home Page |
2 See the Wellness Practitioner Introduction Page |
3 Print out the Practitioner Application Form |
4 Select an Event to participate in from the Upcoming Events Page |
5 Complete the Practitioner Application Form and send it in to us (pls do not send the participation fee with your form) |
6 Call the Healing Sanctuary Telephone Line to confirm that you have sent in your Application Form, and leave your return contact number should we need you to resend your Application Form |
7 Receive a telephone call from Healing Sanctuary to confirm your chance to be a featured practitioner |
8 Send your Participation Fee to Healing Sanctuary to reserve your place as a featured event practitioner |
9 Print out and post / circulate the Event Poster & help to get the word out (A link is available on each Event Page) |
10 Review the Healing Sanctuary Practitioner Guidelines |
11 Print out and bring the Location Directions Map for the event Location |
12 Plan to arrive at the Event Location 30 minutes before the event start time please |
13 Check-in at the Healing Sanctuary Reception Table upon arrival and obtain your Event Practitioner I.D. Badge |
14 Change your attire as required using the change rooms and enter the Healing Sanctuary Waiting Lounge |
15 You will be escorted to the treatment rooms by the Healing Sanctuary Ushers |
16 Consider becoming listed in the Healing Sanctuary Practitioner Directory |
17 Consider becoming a Healing Sanctuary Member |
18 Consider becoming a Healing Sanctuary Volunteer |
19 Consider becoming listed in the Member Product Directory |
